Return Policy
If your dog doesn't like their collar or if they need a different size, we have a 30 day return policy. Return shipping is paid for by the customer, but should you decide you'd like to exchange your collar, we will ship the exchange items to you.
All returned items must be in new condition, with any and all fur removed. Dirty, furry, or damaged returns will not receive a fill refund. Dirty, furry, or damaged returns will be shipped back to you ( at your expense) or will be donated to a local shelter if not reclaimed within 30 days.
